What we have measured

Color contrast is checked automatically, both against every text and surface pairing the design system permits and against every text-carrying element on the built pages. A pairing below the AA threshold fails that check.

Every page opens with a skip link. The focus indicator measures 3.95:1 or better on every ground it appears on, where the standard asks for 3:1. Reduced-motion preferences are honored throughout. Form controls carry explicit labels, and form errors are announced to assistive technology and stated in words rather than signaled by color alone.

What we have not done

There has been no independent audit. We have not tested with screen readers across assistive technologies, we have not audited reflow at 320 pixels, and we do not run an automated accessibility scan over the whole site. The contrast check above runs before a release rather than on every deploy.

We would rather list these than imply they are covered. Where any of them turns up a failure, it will be described here.

Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. You do not need to identify the standard involved or describe the problem in technical terms. What you were trying to do, and what happened instead, is enough.

What we will do

We will respond within five business days. Within thirty days of that response we will either have fixed the barrier or given you a dated plan for fixing it.

We do not promise a fix inside a fixed window for a problem nobody has seen yet. Some barriers are a one-line change and some are a rebuild of a component, and a deadline set before the work is understood is a deadline that gets quietly missed. A dated plan is a commitment we can keep.
